Swami's Beach tide pools in Encinitas, California, looking north.  Taken on October 15, 2015 with a Panasonic DMC-TS6D LUMIX Tough Camera.  I went during low tide and this is what I got, the tide pool area was smaller than expected, maybe it is better if you go at a really low tide instead of an average low tide.  The beach also has limited parking a few flights of stairs and some rocks.  Surfing looks good though.
